What is Process Serving !
Service of process is when we find the defendant for you through an IRB search then serve legal documents to the defendant in a timely manner, Usually same day service is available. Common legal documents to be served are Summons and Complaint, Subpoenas, and Small Claims. The delivery of documents is done by personal service (preferred), or through substituted service the process of serving documents to a cohabitating adult over the age of 14. Service of process must be done by an individual that is not a party to the case.What is a Mobile Loan Signing !
A mobile loan singing is when a mobile notary is assigned a loan closing through your title company or lender. We travel locally to the borrower's home and explain every page of the loan documents with the borrower and collect funds due if there are any. We meet either at the borrower's home or place of preference at their convenience. Loan docs are faxed back same day or dropped at the title office for no extra charge. We correspond through email at the beginning and the end of the process keeping the title officers, lenders and signing companies informed every step of the way. Loan documents are always shipped same day before 3PM and next day after 3 FedEx priority overnight back to title.What are Mobile Notary Services !
Mobile notary services are just that: a local Tacoma or Seattle mobile will travel to your location. We travel to all locations in western Washington including hospitals, jails and institutions. We will notarize your documents at any time of the day or night at your convenience. We charge 10 dollars per act, plus travel, and are always on time.
